Responsibilities Include:

* Log service desk queries and problems
* Resolve faults for any software or hardware issues
* Provide a high level of support to end users
* Maintaining effective communication with colleagues
* Being responsible for own workload

Essential Experience Required:

* Previous work within IT support / customer service
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* SQL and Unix / Linux

Desirable Experience:

* General interest in IT
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience dealing with clinical safety
