The Role: Our client is a major player within its FMCG industry and has strong growth plans. They have an opportunity for an enthusiastic strategic and 'hands on' manager to join their marketing team. This is a pivotal role to undertake customer lifecycle management, insight & analytics and improving retention.. You will be responsible for building and delivering lifecycle campaigns whilst engaging the salesforce with the activity. A great opportunity to join a solid marketing team with opportunities to develop. Key Responsibilities ·Input into the campaign strategy and opportunity development ·Build & implement lifecycle campaigns for new and existing customers ·Work closely with third party analytical provider to deliver analysis & insight ·Measurement, tracking & recommendations based on insight ·Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are commercially sound Key Skills Required ·3 years plus demonstrable marketing B2B experience ·Ability & experience with interpreting data and understanding analytics to provide insight ·Experience in planning customer journeys and end to end campaign planning experience ·Experience of developing & delivering a contact strategy ·Experience using CRM systems ·Exposure to data modelling techniques desired Armstrong Lloyd is a marketing specialist recruitment services provider.
