This intelligent solutions provider requires a Software Support Analyst to join their growing team in Redditch. Due to the business reaching certain goals, they are now looking to enhance their software support team.

Application Software Support Analyst Key Skills:

* 12 months experience in a software environment - support or development
* Software application support experience through to successful resolution
* Exposure to SQL - basic SQL scripts to be run for database investigation, pack and update deployment
* General infrastructure knowledge
* The ability to identify the need for user training and escalate where necessary to the appropriate teams

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for a Software Support Analyst has arisen to join and learn from an innovative team. You will provide support to customers, giving guidance and resolving technical issues.

You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and use your knowledge to provide software application support to all users with the aim to be moved into a 2nd line role once you are comfortable with their bespoke solutions.

A methodical approach is required as you will have to prioritise workload, log in all incoming calls and emails via the help desk system, and escalate any issues that are unable to be resolved to the Application Team Lead or the development team.

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience
