ERP Project Manager Due to an exciting transformation, we are looking for a business focused and motivated Project Manager. You will be part of the project management team, helping to deliver a large implementation/ integration programme to implement and integrate a new ERP system. All data migrations and decommissioning of existing legacy systems which are made redundant as a result of the implementation. What you will do… * Overall responsibility for the delivery of projects helping to manage resource conflicts and addressing risk/issues as they arise. * Develop and deliver project charters, plans, highlight reports, requirements documentation and other associated documentation under the direction of the programme management office. * Understand and interpret business requirements and alignment to corporate strategy. Building business cases as required and proactively managing controlled changes in the project within the programme. * Plan and execute projects to clearly defined time scales, quality and cost, maintaining ongoing budgetary control including annual financial planning. * Arrange, facilitate weekly project meetings, post project reviews, lessons learned workshops and other key activates as directed by the programme management office. Skills * 5+ Years' experience in a similar Project Management role delivering business change/transformation projects * You must of previously worked as part of an ERP programme and delivered key modules within the platform e.g. finance, HR etc * Detailed understanding of recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar. * Managed multiple projects and demonstrates a strong focus on quality delivery. * Knowledge of resource planning, managing interdependencies and pro-actively managing delivery. * Excellent working knowledge of MS Project or other planning tools. * Must have an excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Managing external vendors, both performance and financial. * Excellent communication and relationship skills at all levels, including senior stakeholder engagement. * Excellent communication and relationship skills at all levels, including senior stakeholder engagement
