Job Title: Graduate Account Manager Location: Southampton Salary: £24k basic (+30% OTE) REF: J2276:SOU Our client is the leading distributor of navigational data, nautical charts, marine technical publications and digital products to the maritime industry. You'll be working on behalf of the client`s most successful product which is currently going through another phase of significant expansion. It`s a vital part of their organisation and as such, they need motivated graduates to further this already rapid expansion. Your role as a Graduate Account Manager will include: - Identifying and qualifying potential clients to communicate the company service offering; - Utilising all computerised and CRM systems to reduce administration, provide information on opportunities and customer meetings, and prepare quotations for new customers; - Meeting clients where required and nurturing relationships; conduct product demonstrations where necessary, and finding opportunities to maximise upon accounts; - Maintaining a broad understanding of competitor services as well as familiarising yourself with ChartCo products and services; - Attend conferences and exhibitions, meeting with customers and agents; - Assisting the marketing team by providing support and input for new collateral, mailshots and exhibitions.
