2nd Line Support Engineer, £24,000, Urgent, Manchester
I am currently looking to recruit a 2nd line support engineer for a leading company based in Manchester. This is an exciting position where you will be supporting approximately 1000 users.
You will be part of a team of 12 people and an integral part of the Operations support team. You will be assisting in the day to day administration of the IT infrastructure including Active Directory, servers, print services and messaging systems. You will be involved in the timely resolution of logged incidents and requests as well as monitoring and resolving end user support issues.

- Windows 7 desktop
- Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server
- MS Exchange
- Cisco Network Infrastructure
