Job Summary: Digital Support Executive Do you want to join the team responsible for the digital offer at Alphega Pharmacy UK? Reporting into the Tablet App Manager you will provide support in delivering the tablet app targets including; reducing call to the tablet help desk and reducing app non-usage by ensuring content is designed, developed and updated within the predetermined timelines. You will also provide support to the Alphega e-shop and B2C app projects. What you’ll be doing… Assisting the Alphega Pharmacy Offer Development Team with the digital offer. Your tasks may include: - Using a content management system to manage the content for a number of the apps on the Alphega Pharmacy B2B tablet app. This will include updating the user database, writing weekly messages, uploading promotional planograms, training documents and promotional materials. - Answering the tablet app technical support line and assisting members with issues they may be experiencing with their tablets or the app. Tasks may include: assisting with network issues, factory resetting the tablet app and arranging uplifts of faulty tablets when necessary. - Using a content management system to update the Alphega Pharmacy eshop. Tasks may include: updating the monthly product file, sourcing and uploading missing images, uploading banners. - Using a content management system to create a monthly offers page on the B2C app. Create an Excel sheet with promotional details and then upload to the content management system. Check on the B2C app. - Create push notifications for B2C app using the Pushwoosh platform. Write notifications, review with Tablet App Manager and then push to users. We’d love to meet someone with… - Experience of using and updating a CMS - Good understanding of the digital landscape in business, experience of working with apps or in ecommerce - Highly numerate and analytical skills with good Excel skills and a proactive & analytical approach to working - Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for working in the digital environment and is keen to learn, broaden their skills and shape the digital offer for Alphega Pharmacy, - Excellent project management, able to balance workload & prioritise effectively - Interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships - Strong communicator, able to discuss confidently with Alphega Pharmacy members about issues they may be experiencing with a good telephone manner and a customer centric approach - Confident, personable and a team player – but also able to work effectively on solo projects Please note that this role is part-time, 3 days a week What’s in it for you: - 25 days holiday, pro-rated - Onsite canteen - Competitive salary and bonus scheme
