Our client is one of the largest and most respected independent providers of Occupational Health Physiotherapy Services in the UK, employing over 200 physiotherapists UK wide. Their focus is on delivering a quality service for our patients and our customers.
They are looking for a Regional Accounts Manager to join them, this role is vital to the growth and development of their Occupational Health Physiotherapy (OPS) contracts. This exciting new role will be part of their growing team and department challenged with developing business as part of their growth strategy.
You’ll be building and implementing development strategies for existing contracts in order to achieve maximum penetration within each account. The role will also involve identifying new Account prospects within target sectors and developing current account campaigns in order to secure long term contracts. You will be accountable for maintaining contact with existing accounts in order to retain, develop and identify opportunities for additional business / service.
This will include clearing and compelling propositions that potential clients / partners will buy in to, and will form part of their commissioning and business strategy intentions along with being responsible for building a pipeline of strong opportunities which flow through the filter and review process.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will have a proven track record in sales and new business development. You will also ideally have experience / knowledge of working within the Occupational Health market environment.
You should be able to work autonomously, using your own initiative and be results / target driven. You will be positive, constructive and approachable and carry out tasks with fairness and integrity. This will include having a naturally engaging style and must be commercially focused, results driven, customer orientated as well as being committed to the development of quality and service as a market differential.
This is a pro-active position and the holder will perform against a backdrop of a dynamic work environment and commercial pressure.
