Team Teach Support Workers Required for Immediate Start! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Team Teach Support Workers needed in Lymington to assist young adults with special educational needs within a residential setting. Cambian Group is looking for Team Teach Support Workers to work with the professional team at the brilliant school and has been recently judges by Ofsted to be an outstanding provision! It’s a special school and care home setting offering support for young people, who have a diagnosis of Autism and learning difficulties. Working within the professional team at therapy and education staff, you will be part of making a real difference to these young people, enabling the, to achieve their personal best. We are looking for staff to join our team that match our ethos of believing that every child or young person has a personal best. You will be helping to provide the best possible quality of care for those who live the school. You will also be helping to create a pleasant working environment for other people who work here. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our residents you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support. The position will involve supporting pupils in all aspects of daily living including personal care, scheduling activities to increase independence and self- esteem, class room assistance, supporting other care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents, dealing with challenging behaviours and complex needs and working to the policies and procedures in place to ensure you are meeting all health and safety requirements.
