ICT Project Manager

Our client are a large government organisation and are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and deliver a number of data management projects as part of a large portfolio. The successful applicant will manage large projects and develop a clear and concise strategy to facilitate business change as well as liaise with stakeholders and manages third party relationships ensuring that dependencies are identified and managed as well as deliverables achieved. You will analyse and assess project and work stream performance, capacity and demand data to inform changes to project plans. The successful applicant will lead the development of business cases, co-ordinating business requirements, process mapping and support and manage the process of technical design, testing and assurance. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced ICT Project Manager with experience of working within a public sector experience. A Prince 2 certification is essential to be considered for this role. Experience of ITIL methodologies is also important and a track record of managing projects from medium/large ICT projects from inception to completion.
