Application Support Analyst

CloudScope have a great opportunity for an Application Support Analystn to join a business at the top of it's game. We are working with one of Norfolk most prestigious brands where you will be among a team of 7 supporting the business and several sister companies. You will be supporting users with a broad portfolio of business applications including ERP (QAD), BI (Qlikview), and PLM (Aras), and technologies including VMWare, Citrix, VoIP and MPLS.

The Role:

  • Work as part of the IT Applications Team to support the full portfolio of business applications across the 3 businesses.
  • Take ownership of tickets assigned by the IT Service Desk and follow through to resolution.
  • Record resolutions and keep users informed of progress.
  • Escalate tickets to other members of IT when necessary.
  • Work with other members of the IT Applications Team on complex problems and projects.

The Candidate:

  • Degree, HNC or HND in an IT-related subject
  • IT application support
  • Customer Servuce


  • QAD
  • ERP
  • Support ticket systems
  • Manufacturing or supply chain
