This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Sales Support or Account Manager, to join a fast growing IT company in a niche market growing at 20-50% per annum. We are looking for an energetic and experienced team manager who is honest, well organised and hard working. You will lead the customer relations side of the business managing a team of 3 administration support staff. The role: - Managing all aspects of customer relations, from quotations to sales support and follow-up support. - You will be the primary contact for all sales enquiries, supported by a technical team of 3-4 staff. - You will lead and manage the Sales and Operations side of this fast growing business, supported by a team of 3 administration staff. - Follow-up all marketing campaign leads and produce Sales KPIs - Attend management meeting to develop sales strategy and report on progress. What we offer - An exciting and challenging place to work, where your contribution will make a real difference as a key member of the management team - Opportunity to create and lead your own team, and develop your own department within the company. - Opportunity to qualify for share options and other long term incentives You will need: - Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of supporting a sales team, including quotations, sales orders and account management. - Preference will be given to applicants with a IT or other technical business background - Minimum of 1+ years of team management for 2+ staff. - To possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Have strong commercial awareness - ideally but not limited to experience in account management, technical or a sales environment - Be pro-active and establish procedures to ensure quality control - Possess strong software skills - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Confidence and resilience in dealing with Senior Level people on a daily basis over the phone and in person - Attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage team - Strong character, not afraid of difficult situations and or conversations - Flexibility to work around the needs of the business - Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi-task - Ideally degree level education - Fluency in English
