Description

  • Produce regular KPI reporting of the Society's websites.
  • Work with other teams to collate business information for reporting.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate and thorough.
  • Share reporting with stakeholders to an agreed schedule
  • Work with media agency, relevant marketing team and digital team to agree reporting requirements for media campaigns
  • Produce and circulate reports to stakeholders to agreed schedule.
  • Work with relevant marketing team and digital team to agree reporting requirements for service activity.
  • Produce and circulate reports to stakeholders to agreed schedule.
  • Use our dynamic tag management solution to add new analytics tags to the Society's websites when required
  • Follow existing approval process for application of new tags.

Profile

Role related knowledge (knowledge required specifically for the role should be detailed here):

  • Understanding of web analytics and the ability to interpret and visualize data and convert this into meaningful insight.

Ability to use the following systems:

  • Web analytics packages
  • Dynamic Tag Management desirable
