Client Support Executive – Financial Services Due to continued expansion our client, a leading Financial Services firm is actively recruiting a professional, experienced and proactive Client Support Executive to complement their department on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, key responsibilities will include; • Answer inbound phone calls and make call back requests in line with agreed service standards. • To be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, establishing or maintaining a relationship with the firm. • To identify customer requirements and make referrals to the most appropriate business areas in line with agreed rule set. • Achieve lead referral volumes and quality. • To undertake service related initiatives and campaigns to clients aimed at retaining existing customers or creating new relationships with prospective customers. This will involve making outbound calls to arrange appointments for prospective new clients. • Adhere to company procedures at all times to ensure that regulatory requirements and company policies are maintained. • To administer customer queries effectively & maintain accurate records in line with company procedures. • Attain the necessary qualifications through self-study and maintain up to date market knowledge to perform this role effectively. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years within a comparable role with an exceptional telephone manner and administrative skills In addition, you will demonstrate excellent personal organisational and administrative skills with a proven ability to excel in a high pressured environment whilst consistently meeting deadlines. Previous experience within a Financial Services environment would be advantageous.
