Application Support Analyst - BizTalk, SQL, Support - Coventry

The Company/The Role

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a UK leading service provider based in Coventry for an experienced and technically confident BizTalk Application Support Analyst. You will report into the Application Support Manager and will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving the applications for your designated business systems.
You will need to possess a strong working knowledge of software support, along with excellent data analysis skills.

The Responsibilities

*Maintain and support software and batch processes, within an Application Support team.
*Ensure applications meet business and best practice requirements.
*Analyse systems and data to investigate and resolve reported system and data issues.
*Work closely and efficiently with team members, other colleagues and third parties to ensure project and support requirements are fully achieved.
*Ensure system uptime achieves strict KPIs.
*Resolve incidents within strict KPIs.

The Requirements

Technical Skills
*Microsoft SQL Server

Personal Skills
*Knowledge of working within an ITIL environment.
*Strong troubleshooting skills.
*Work without supervision and under pressure.
*Strong organisation skills and able to prioritize and coordinate effectively.
*Ability to multi-task and manage time well.
*Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
*Flexible and open to change.
*Able to work with all levels of staff.
*Quality conscious.
*Willing to take ownership.
*Willing to share information.
