1st and 2nd line IT Support Technicians required. Various contracts and durations are available. You don't necessarily need to have experience, to be considered all we ask is that you have a genuine passion in starting a career within IT. We will get you qualified in a new career with our training course where you will gain a nationally recognised qualification. Whilst studying on our IT course, you'll be working towards the following certifications: BTEC Level 3 IT CompTIA N+/A+ MCSA You will have the opportunity to learn in your own time and following our scheduled classroom delivery you could be qualified in as little as three to five months. Ideal candidates will have appropriate certification and have experience in the following:- -Laptop Desktop support, installation -General support for printers, connectivity issues -Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively -Able to take and process calls or user visits and document key requirements, troubleshooting steps and resolution actions -Good communicator, can interact with users who are not technical, and work well with the team at a technical level. If you successful you will be responsible for all round technical support, processing technical issues and providing assistance to support users.
