As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of operational, network, server or related services in Italian. Required skills: * Fluent / Native Level Italian * Working knowledge of Microsoft and Linux based operating systems * Solid Networking experience (TCPIP, routers, firewalls and load balancers) * Working knowledge of Web and Application Servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat) * Server side experience, not workstation, this is 3rd line support * Networking knowledge - it is important to read network monitoring logs coming out of some tools and you must have the ability to read Wireshark traces * Experience with virtualization software knowledge such as VMWare would be an advantage * PKI knowledge would be an advantage This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our client's dynamic environment; they offer excellent career progression and are truly one of the market leaders in their sector.
