A 1st / 2nd line support position has recently become available with one of our reputable clients in Weybridge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and 1 year + technical experience prior to this application.

This candidate will be based locally where He or She will provide technical remote support to non technical users. This position will provide key training to someone who is looking to develop into a Senior Engineer role.

** Technical Support
** Office 365
** Microsoft Active Directory
** Call Logging / Remote and Email Support
** Global Ticketing system experience
