An In House Recruitment Manager role with a well-established company, offering a salary of £33,195 with the opportunity for an immediate start. This role is responsible for the planning and implementation of the Recruitment Strategy whilst supporting the business through providing best practices to improve the recruitment function. You will be expected to deliver against all recruitment targets, ensuring the processes in place are cost effective. Main Accountabilities: - Department Budget - Resource Planning/People Management - Service Delivery/Operations - Service Quality - Health and Safety/Compliance Person specification Essential: - Related degree or professional qualification - Working experience in recruitment, 5 years plus - Knowledge of various employment laws, regulations and hiring practices - Understanding of current recruitment climate - Strong commercial awareness - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Creative thinking and strong team player - Ability to analyse and report accurately - Good project management skills - Fluency in English Desirable: - Knowledge of social media and computers - ATS experience - Career Website Development - Volume Recruitment - A sound knowledge of UK law affecting recruitment - An additional language - Competent with budgets, targets and finances - PSL Management - Multisite Management - Stakeholder Management Our client is looking for an organised and trust worthy team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a background in recruitment.
