2nd Line Support Analyst
A leading business with their Head Office in Hemel Hempstead require a 2nd Line / Application Support Analyst to join their Customer Support team. You’ll be responsible for supporting and reconfiguring the client’s suite of applications to users across the UK in a professional and friendly manner. Day-to-day tasks will include – reduce fault rates and resolve technical issues within the agreed SLA’s, deliver on-going customer support and maintaining records of resolutions in Tracker. Full training will be given on the client’s software and applications but you’ll need a background in an IT support role, Service or Helpdesk with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll also possess an excellent understanding of IT support and have a real passion for technology.
