Accounts/Administration Assistant, Bournemouth, £16,000 basic plus company bonus Would you like to work in a role that utilises both administration & customer service skills? Is the opportunity to progress within a company important? The hiring organisation promote from within, 5 senior managers started with the company as juniors, including the Accountant who is the Line Manager for this position! Whats the office like? It’s a warm, friendly environment, the managers are supportive and the workforce have a good work ethic. So what does the job entail? 70% of the time you’ll be supporting the Accountant with administrative tasks using Excel & the company CRM. 30% of the time you’ll be supporting the sales team by picking up an overflow of inbound calls and booking the odd meeting for the Sales Team (you don’t have to do any selling).
