A highly successful and reptuable global business is looking for a proven IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd Line Support) to work from their European Head-Office in the Chiswick area, West London (commutable from Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey & West London).

The successful candidate will be solely responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 30 users across a couple of European offices, as well as part of a global IT support team looking after almost 200 staff worldwide.

In order to be suitable for this role it is essential to have proven experience in a Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Technician or similar role. Proven experience with Windows OS and Office 365 are also required. Any experience with MS Dynamics AX or any European languages will be considered highly desirable, but not essential.
