Performance Monitoring Officer (Data Analyst) FORV58764 Ellesmere Port Hours: 36 per week Salary: £28,700 per annum plus benefits Our client is a forward-thinking social organisation that positively impacts communities. They are now looking to recruit a Performance Monitoring Officer to join them to identify, develop, design and maintain an effective reporting framework that enables intelligence led decisions to be taken; creating discipline and rigour around data collection to guarantee data is fit for purpose. Meeting all statutory reporting requirements within deadlines, including Freedom of Information and data protection requests, Continuous Recording of Lettings (CORE), Local Authority Housing Statistics (LAHS) and Annual Reports to tenants, you must establish the right controls to ensure data is fit for the intended use and address any inaccuracies or differences regarding source data to ensure the accuracy, quality and completeness of all data produced by the team. Proficient in the use of Pentana (our clients’ Performance Management software) to design, develop and deliver training sessions, you will assist in the continuing development of the business intelligence software (Qlikview) and act as the first point of contact for data, reports, training and queries. You must also act as internal audit with relation to action plans, service plans, and performance indicators and work in partnership with colleagues to support the implementation, integration, development, and delivery of IT systems to achieve agreed outcomes and standards in relation to performance and rent accounting reporting. With proven experience of collecting, analysing and interpreting data, plans and other information and the ability to make the appropriate recommendations, candidates must have experience of undertaking research projects and collating information from different sources and of developing and implementing system reports for efficient and effective service delivery; improving the relevance, timeliness and accuracy of management and statutory information. Applicants should have knowledge of how to establish and maintain effective quality systems for information monitoring and performance management and the proven ability to design, develop and maintain new reports and building in the relevant checks to ensure they were fit for purpose. Experience of using business intelligence software would be desirable but is not essential.
