Your new role
In your new role as 2nd Line Support you'll be responsible for installing, supporting and configuring equipment to the various sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be up to date and savvy with technology whilst possessing strong knowledge of Windows 7 and above, Office 365 and Citrix. You'll have experience working with thick and thin client environments including your usual monitors, keyboards, mice and Dell Wyse devices. A full driving licence with your own transport is a must as travel to various sites will be involved. You'll ideally hold a Microsoft certification to MCSA level or above. Any knowledge of R4 would be an advantage but not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll be offered an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent after the initial duration.
