1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Mac OSX
3-month contract
£130 - £150 per day

Marcus Donald are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer with Mac experience to work for a well-established charity organisation on a 3-month contract within Central London.

You will be providing desktop and software support to the staff with the aim of maintaining the efficient running of the business.

Key Skills required for 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer:
  • Mac OSX
  • Citrix
  • Window 7/10
  • AV equipment
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
Responsibilities for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer:
  • Provide 1st/2nd Line support for desktop applications & hardware including Windows and Mac
  • Configure & install new client hardware and software
  • Creation & management of all users accounts, passwords and access permissions on the network, email and telephone software
  • Ensure all tickets are logged through the helpdesk
  • Participate in various IT projects and initiatives as and when required
