The team is rapidly changing its processes and technology and we need a Finance Process Project Manager to help drive this change. The ideal candidate will co-ordinate, triage and manage multiple streams of work within the company.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to design and deliver creative solutions to a range of business challenges. Interesting and varied and hands on including; inventory management, business reporting and payment lifecycle.

Finance Process Project Manager key responsibilities:

* To lead process improvement and problem resolution
* Collect and document requirements from stakeholders
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders on a regular basis
* Oversee the rollout of a system for invoice loading and coding
* Ensure metrics are correctly captured and reported
* Responsible for a range of reconciliation tasks, and lead on improving and automating methods
* Oversee the production of a range of ad hoc and regular reports, and proactively improve these to meet business need
* Liaise with other teams within the Finance department to agree best solutions for new business challenges and most appropriate method for problem resolution affecting the Accounts Payable function


Finance Process Project Manager Technical competencies:

* Strong academics - educated to degree level
* Experience managing and leading project within within Financial Services or consultancy is a must
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise conflicting workloads.
* Qualified or part qualified accountant would be helpful
* Experience in accounts payable would be helpful
* Data manipulation in excel

Job Offer

£300 - 375 per day
