An opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing IT team within a global FTSE 250 company. The IT Support Analyst will be part of a Service Desk team working in a very interesting and complex industry. The team is responsible for providing remote and face-to-face support to the organisation, using first class customer service skills to provide a high quality service.

The successful IT Support Analyst will have strong desktop support experience, preferably gained within an ITIL environment, with good knowledge of Windows systems, Active Directory, Exchange. Any knowledge of Office 365 and/or SCCM would be advantageous. The company is looking for someone who is able to work within a fast-paced environment and who can communicate easily with people at all levels of the company.

IT Support Analyst Key Skills:

  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktop hardware and software
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Active directory, Exchange
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ideally ITIL certified

Desirable experience:

  • Office 365
  • SCCM
