Senior Developer - .NET/C#/MVC/SQL/AZURE/TDD – Basingstoke

I'm currently working with a leading logistics software house, who's product has shaped their industry over the past five years, and plans to continue doing so. They are looking for Senior .NET Developers to join their multi-lingual IT team, in Basingstoke. With their client portfolio continuing to grow and new features and products on the horizon, increasing the size of their IT team is imperative and is a key focus of theirs at this current time.

The Senior .NET Developer will be welcomed into an autonomous and creative environment, applying best practises and approaches to some of software developments latest technologies. Day-to-day will include leading sprints, facilitating design meetings and developing new features and software for new and existing clients, as well as par-taking in R & D activities and tasks. As a senior member of the team, the .NET Developer will be given the opportunity to contribute ideas and impact the direction of the business moving forwards.

The .NET Developer should have the following skill set and experience.

* Extensive experience developing web applications on the .NET framework.
* Hands-on experience creating contemporary applications with ASP.NET MVC
* Back-end experience including SQL Databases - ideally MS SQL Server.
* Experience or understanding of deploying to cloud services – AZURE
* Exposure to Agile approaches - TDD, BDD, Sprints etc.

The successful .NET Developer can expect to earn a salary of up to £60,000 (dependant on experience), with flexi-time and benefits, not to mention working in a modern, City Centre office space.
