We have a permanent opportunity with an Ipswich based company for an application support engineer to join a rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be supporting numerous applications, dealing with client issues, escalating problems to the development team where required, bug fixing, using SQL and advising ways that service could be improved. You will specialise in resolving level 1 & 2 technical issues and be introduced to the resolution of 3rd line once you have settled in.
