Software Support Analyst – Windows Server - .NET – SQL – London. Break into finance sector, no previous experience required full training will be provided. The client will also pay for Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCDBA. This client is an award winning and established FinTech solutions organisation, providing real-time trading platforms to investment banking clients. Their products are used by major investment banking clients on a global basis. They seek to hire a Software Support Analyst for their expanding software support team in London. As part of this dedicated application team the successful Software Support Analyst will have the opportunity to work on enterprise projects, virtualisation projects and automation projects.
The Software Support Analyst will:
  • Work closely with clients and users to resolve complex trading application support issues
  • Work with both hosted and on-site client infrastructures
  • Coordination of software deployments of complex systems
  • Liaise with software development and testing teams
  • Be involved in a number of high profile project application upgrades and roll-outs

The Software Support Analyst will need to have:
  • At least two years commercial IT support experience.
  • SQL Server 2008 / SQL Server 2012 experience
  • Experience working with tools such as; .NET, web hosting, IIS
  • Experience of TCP/IP, HTTP – desirable
  • A demonstrable interest in financial services - FinTech
