VIP Support Analyst/VIP Desktop IT Support Analyst: Filesite; Office 2013, Wins 7/10. Active Directory/Group Policy, MS Exchange, 1st & 2nd Line Support, Legal Applications, Document Management. Laptop; BYOD; PC LAN/WAN Contract, 3 months City of London. Rate to GBP 200 p/day. Shift: 4pm - 12am . Global law firm seeks a VIP Service Desk Analyst/VIP Desktop Support Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd Line Support, to a VIP user-base via a VIP hotline, within a process driven environment. You will need to be available to interview within the next fweek and be available to start within 3 weeks.
Experience working in a similar role for a Global Law Firm is essential. The VIP Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to 1st & 2nd line support issues such as user access to enterprise applications and/or server and network infrastructure, 2nd line analysis of support tickets in the queue and escalation of issues to desktop support teams, infrastructure teams and application support analysts. You will work with Active Directory/Group Policy, MS Exchange to resolve issues on a daily basis whilst liaising with infrastructure teams, desktop support analysts and other IT teams such as application support, network engineers. You will create and manage tickets in a queue system and respond to VIP service enquiries in a very courteous and efficient manner. Knowledge of filesite or other DMS would be highly advantageous.
Located in the city for one of the worlds` most prestigious law firms this contract comes with a high likelihood of extension.
