DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER | LONDON | 12-18 MONTHS FTC |circa £45,000 p/a + bonus opportunity

My client - a global Telecommunications brand - is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

The business is a dynamic and established brand, with operations across multiple countries, and millions of customers world-wide. This Digital Marketing Manager role will cover maternity leave, and will be required for 12-18 months.

Working with the London team, as well as team across the Group level, the Digital Marketing Manager will work to develop, execute and optimize the digital marketing strategy in order to acquire and retain customers across paid-search and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

This is a multi-faceted role, that requires a driven, growth-focused Digital Marketeer, who has experience of executing and driving remarketing campaign split across multiple channels (search, video and display). The successful Digital Marketing Manager applicant will be tasked with designing, executing and delivering efficient and profitable campaigns, devising strategies to drive new customer acquisition, and managing multiple product and market campaigns spread across web and mobile apps products. This is a role that requires strategic input, as well as the ability to execute effectively.

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager applicant will be hold a relevant degree, be technically knowledgeable across key technology such as Google Analytics, and data-savvy. The client has aggressive growth targets in mind for 2018, and we are looking for candidates who can clearly show how they have driven customer acquisition, and delivered efficient and profitable campaigns within a dynamic environment. Applicants with experience within a start-up environment would be welcomed.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of affiliate platforms and networks
  • Solid experience in similar digital marketing role on client side or agency
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Good analytical skills in processing payments for Affiliate partners on monthly basis
  • Experience in negotiating with new affiliate partners for tenancies and commission structures
  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Substantial experience in digital marketing campaign management across multiple products and markets including web and app products
  • Experience executing and driving remarketing campaign split across multiple channels (search, video and display)
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret, analyse and translate insight data and campaign results into actionable marketing plans
  • Experience in managing budgets while ensuring KPIs objectives are met
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general

  • Experience in PPC, Affiliate and Social Media; understanding of SEO would be advantageous
  • Experience in understanding Affiliate platforms like Awin, Impactradius
  • Knowledge & experience of using DoubleClick for Search and Social Ad Management platform would be advantageous
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics and App analytics packages (Tune, Firebox or Localytics would be advantageous)
  • Experience using Double Click Bid Manager and Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Google Adwords certification preferable
