Roc Search are currently recruiting for an outstanding 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a highly successful team on a contract basis, for our clients in Bath to start immediately. The role will involve supporting the office on a day to day basis, successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, previous experience working on a busy service desk and be able to deal with people at all levels of seniority.

Essential skills include:

-1st/2nd Line Support Experience
-Remote Support Experience
-Windows 7
-Active Directory
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
