I am currently recruiting for a sub contractor holder who are looking to add to their existing team. Do you have previous experience working within the Healthcare Sector. As a Trainer/ Tutor you will rewarded with a basic salary of up to £25,000, + 22Holidays + stats, + Laptop + Mobile and Mileage. Our client is growing their Health and Social Care team due to new caseloads been attained by their business development team. The main purpose of the Trainer/ Assessor is to deliver short courses and Diploma only qualifications. Assessor/ Tutor main responsibilities: Enrolment of learners onto our courses Accurate and timely completion of all relevant documentation and records relating to learners training and progress Deliver our structured schemes of work, power point presentations and resources to learners using our successful blended delivery model Monitor and review learners progress and provide on-going information, advice and guidance Pro-actively engage with employers and update them of learners progress Support and maintain the quality assurance process for assessment, training and verification purposes, in line with policies and all related Awarding Body procedures and guidelines Contribute to maintaining delivery, practical and knowledge based skills and identify and record occupational training provided Embed safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, equality and diversity and health and safety into the learners programme Committed to continuous improvement – personal and organisational Demonstrate on-going engagement and commitment with vision and values Experience/Skills/Attributes: A relevant industry related qualification at level 3 or above Knowledge of the apprenticeship frameworks Functional Skills at Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent qualifications hold either D32/D33/A1/TAQA Desirable teaching qualification CTLLs/ DTLLs/Cert ed/PGCE To be successful in this role you will have previously worked as a Trainer, Assessor, Tutor, Teacher or Lecturer within the following areas, Nursing, Healthcare, Domiciliary care, Care home
