Marlow, Buckinghamshire

1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst required to join a software company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The company are currently expanding and looking to add a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to their existing service desk team.

Examples of responsibilities:
  • Providing 1st/2nd line support of the company's product range via telephone and email
  • Escalating high priority requests to ensure all problems are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Follow documented procedures for customer support, identifying and suggesting improvements where necessary
  • Provide training and support to other Service Desk team members

Key Experience:
  • Experience in a 1st/2nd line customer support position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Problem solving skills

Any experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
  • SQL
  • Windows Servers
  • IIS
