We are currently recruiting for a Group Procurement Manager to join our well established business on the Hertfordshire area. The Group Procurement Manager will be working on an interim basis with potential to go permanent. Daily duties of the Procurement Manager are: - Running the purchasing department for the group. - Resolving problems with raw materials, customers and suppliers. - Controlling the negotiation with suppliers. - Running the operational side of the department. Candidate - The Procurement Manager will have experience of purchasing within a manufacturing environment. - Ideally the Group Procurement Manager will be CIPS qualified. - Experience of running a purchasing team is essential for the position. - Having experience with chemical products and raw material is advantageous for the Procurement position. £60,000- £70,000 per annum pro rata Days Keywords: Procurement / purchasing / raw materials / CIPS / Customers / suppliers / manager If you are interested in the Procurement Manager position please apply direct to the job boards
