They are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage the building operations in their Coventry centre. This person will oversee all building operations and ensure customer service excellence is provided at all times. You will create a dynamic work environment that will attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Provide a professional reception service to all clients
- Dealing with day to day enquiries from clients
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Managing Front of House staff
- Assist your Operations Manager in increasing revenue opportunities
- Regularly inspecting the building and reporting any issues/hazards
- Facilities/CCTV management
- Visual inspections
- Ad/Hoc admin duties
You will be:
- Highly organised
- Work well under-pressure
- Property/Operations experienced
- Carry a genuine interest in Commercial Property
