We manufacture, distribute, install, maintain and commercially manage our semi-automated and fully automated key cutting machines within the UK's largest retailers. The Role: A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced, results driven Campaign Operations Assistant to work in an exciting establish business, ready to embark in a period of significant growth and change. As Campaign Operations Assistant you will be responsible for running all aspects of pre-planned marketing campaigns across our national retail client base. Reporting into the Field Administration Manager and working with the Marketing Director, you will deal with all aspects of each retail campaign from end to end, regularly updating all relevant stakeholders internally and externally. Responsibilities: Primary purpose is to organise the successful execution of national marketing campaigns across our retail customers Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement each campaign in stores Making daily contact with our customers and field teams, ensuring campaigns are running as planned Support our business development team when running store incentive programs, creating positive relationships with store personnel Responsible for liaising with and ordering all required campaign materials from relevant suppliers Responsible for the implementation and reporting of the current status of all active and planned campaigns Proofread of all promotional materials being delivered to us, ensuring start and end dates are in-line with the terms of each campaign Responsible for the organisation of marketing materials required at trade shows Deliver regular reports as and when required Professional Experience: Experience within a marketing role/environment would be advantageous Proven campaign/project management/event management experience Skills: Ability to engage with key stakeholders Ability to drive forward and add value in a newly created role Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and self-motivated Dedication to success and to helping others succeed High customer focus Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills Very organized and professional Commitment to customer satisfaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace If you are a dynamic team player and believe you can have a positive impact on our business and customers please submit your CV and a covering letter, stating why you feel you would be the ideal candidate to fill this position
