Project Assistant Tytherington, Macclesfield £18,000 - £22,000 FTC until July 2018, potential for full time role at the end Momentum Instore live to deliver on our client’s instore brand experiences. We’ve worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years. A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our fast paced, ever growing team and we are looking to recruit a Project Assistant. Reporting into the Project Manager the Project Assistant will assist the Project Manager to ensure all allocated accounts and/or clients are fully resourced and projects are completed on time, to budget and to the client’s satisfaction. Key Accountabilities: * Maintain full visibility and knowledge of all confirmed client requests/directions. * Assist the Project Manager to provide key information to the client prior to the project going live and then ongoing as requested within agreed timescales. * Ensure that client expectations are managed effectively with the aim to always exceed expectations where possible. * Manage any client/field/office communication in relation to your allocated account(s) effectively and in a timely fashion. * Assist the Project Manager in meeting KPI’s. * Assist in the planning and delivery of the project. Produce Installation Manuals where required. * Assist in the distribution of stock and logistics planning. * Assist in ensuring all projects are efficiently scheduled with the correct skill to meet and/or exceed the client requirements while remaining within financial budgets. * Effectively communicate with and manage your field resource throughout their time at the Company. * Ensure that the extranet(s) and all project-related information are updated and maintained. * Administer all activities and manage expectations while ensuring all operational objectives are fully achieved. The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner, along with IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office. The department can be particularly fast paced, so the ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail is essential. Project Management experience is desirable.
