Food & Beverage Project Managers Location:Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom Start Date:A.S.A.P Rate:Competitive Rate with excellent benefits Relocation Package The Company A Multinational turnkey contractor operating in food & beverage and dairy sectors Main responsibilities • Lead the delivery of cross-functional and global deployable development projects. • Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks and issues • Continuously develop and recommend appropriate strategies and prioritisations for achieving expected business need. • In close collaboration with stakeholders agree on project scope, requirements and deliverables. • Understand and manage inter-dependencies between technology, supply chain and customer needs • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones • Provide continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders and to our most senior governance forums • Required networking cross-organisational to secure alignment of all project activities including building external partnerships when applicable. Qualifications You are an experienced project manager with a proven track record from complex development projects in a production environment, combined with a strong business understanding. The professional skills needed in this role are strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organisation. You are a self-motivated person with strong drive for results. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the projects in a larger context. You have an Engineering background or equivalent and you have minimum 5 years of documented and qualified project management experience, preferably PMP certified. Written and verbal English skills are essential
