Service & Performance Analyst - Initial 12 Month FTC Competitive Salary The opportunity Chubb is recruiting on behalf of United Technologies Corporation. UTC serve customers in the commercial aerospace, defence and building industries and ranks among the worlds most respected and innovative companies, employing 124,000 people on a global basis We are currently underway with an exciting HR transformation programme that is seeing a suite of new systems and ways of working implemented globally to support our colleagues. A new role of Service and Performance Analyst has been created based at our HR Shared Service Centre in Blackburn (BB1) that will be responsible for the provision of a HR data reporting service both internally to drive the HR Shared Service operation and externally to respond to customer requirements. This is initially on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility of this becoming permanent What will I do? Capture key HR MI data requirements for a range of stakeholders, such as HR Leadership, Finance and Management Teams Coordinate data collection across the network - liaising with Regional HR teams to accurately capture data and maintain central systems Take ownership of delivering your part in individual and team objectives/KPIs, maintaining a high quality standard, protecting and enhancing the integrity of our brand at all times. Provide accurate and timely management information ensuring that reports are produced and delivered effectively and within SLAs Provide trend analysis to meet the business needs Identify and introduce methods to update, simplify, and enhance reporting processes and procedures What do I need? HR Analyst experience is preferential; however, we would also consider someone working in a Finance / IT analysis role who is confident with managing large amounts of data, reporting and interrogation. We are seeking a Professional who will drive performance of the operation and therefore previous similar experience is essential, with the ability to extract data from a number of sources, manipulate it to produce meaningful reports back to the customer You will have excellent attention to detail and a “right first time” attitude Knowledge and experience of Workday HR Information Systems, Web enabled IT tools and software such as Word and SharePoint Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and preferably Macros) to produce reports and analyse large volumes of data The use of data analytics tools is advantageous A balance of strong technical capabilities with a flair for being creative Customer centric service perspective and an ability to communicate effectively with customers Proven at building highly effective and constructive stakeholder relationships High standard of oral and written communication and demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills We welcome applications from organised HR Analysts, Service Analysts, Performance Analysts, MI Analysts, Management Information Analysts, HR Assistants, Human Resource Officers, HR Admin or CIPD qualified HR who have the ability to work to tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands, thrive in a change driven environment and who live within a commutable distance of our Blackburn operation (at Shadsworth, BB1).
