Position: Installation Co-Ordinator Salary/Package: £25,000 - £27,000 + Training + Progression Location: Kent Alecto Recruitment are currently representing an established commercial Audio Visual integrator in their search to fill a key project support role within their team. The Position: * 40 hour week, Monday-Friday, (Apply online only) * Working solely in the Kent headquarters * Providing vital administrative support to installation projects from concept to handover * Handling customer accounts, communicating with Project Managers, Technicians and the client directly * Raising invoices, sales orders and hire contracts * Chairing meetings with engineers and subcontractors to ensure the department works efficiently The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be/have: * A proven record in a Project Support, PMO, Junior Project Manager or Admin Co-Ordinator role * Excellent inter-personal skills * Flexible approach to work duties * Proficient with IT * Able to prioritise tasks, working quickly and efficiently The Benefits: * Generous basic salary * Professional training * Career progression * Diverse and interesting role * Chance to work for a growing company If you believe you can fulfil this position then do not hesitate to apply today.
