Business Improvement Process Insight Analyst 6 month contract £22,787 per annum A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our client, an electricity distribution company based in Penshaw. They are currently seeking a Business Improvement Process Insight Analyst to join their expanding team and make a huge impact in a strategic business change programme operating as part of the Shared Serviced Development team. You will support the Shared Services Project Manager by analysing key business processes to identify, recommend and evaluate opportunities to improve the customer experience. The successful candidates will have strong analytical ability with data retrieval and manipulation, and also have the ability to turn data into meaningful actionable insight to assess performance and opportunity to drive improvements. Key Competencies - Ability to handle large volumes of data for onward manipulation and interpretation - Excellent analytical and numerical skills - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint - Clear and articulate communication skills (written and verbal) - Stakeholder engagement skills Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain data analysis models to interrogate and present insight from large and complex datasets. - Evaluate and appraise improvement options to support business process review initiatives. - Support decision making through the provision of timely, accurate and relevant insight and analysis whilst maintaining a continual and rigorous attention to detail across all outputs. - Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders, to support the end-to-end business process reviews enabling Shared Services initiatives, analysing performance management metrics (incl. voice of the customer) and delivering the capture of these where not available. - Provide ad-hoc detailed analysis to support the Shared Services Programme strategic agenda, through the delivery of accurate and timely insight.
