This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to carry out an 8 week temporary role at a blue chip corporate organisation that values employees and provides an excellent working environment in which to grow and develop.

As member of the local IT Team, the main responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst are to provide support in a highly customer focused environment, providing the highest level of technical service delivery to employees. You will be working with both local and global resources to ensure the smooth running and operation of local servers, workstations, printers, telephony, network and specialist IT equipment.

To be considered for this position, you will have sound experience working in a IT services/support environment with a technical aptitude and knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Servers, VMWare, Firewalls, SAN, IP Telephony, Telephony, Microsoft Office, desktop packages and Backup technology & methods.

You must possess excellent and well developed communication skills with a proven ability to communicate and build relationships effectively across all levels of business. A strong team player with an outgoing and positive can do attitude is essential.
