Location: Manchester (M13)
Salary: up to £25k
My client are a leading care support firm looking for a bookkeeper to manage the day to day finance function. The role has a high level of autonomy and will allow you to set your own processes and procedures in place. You will report into the group HQ regularly and be confident dealing with various stakeholders of the business.
- Monthly preparation of draft management accounts from Trial Balance
- Balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany accounts, bank accounts, accruals and prepayments
- Sales invoicing and credit control
- Payroll preparation, journals and analysis
- Petty cash posting and reconciliation
- Excellent knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
- Proven payroll experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
