CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR HORWICH, BOLTON £15,000 + Great Benefits + Parking + Progression THE OPPORTUNITY: Get Recruited is working with a well-established and rapidly expanding Mortgage/Financial Advisers based in beautifully refurbished offices in the heart of Horwich. Due to growth plans and expansion, the business are now looking for confident and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their successful team. Primarily the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting Advisors with day to day administration tasks and handling all inbound queries to the department. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Working alongside an established team of Advisors to assist them with their workload * Preparing and proof reading correspondence going out to clients * Ensuring all client records and kept accurate and compliant * Taking inbound calls from new clients and transferring them to the relevant department/colleague * Handling incoming emails to the office and responding or forwarding them on as required THE PERSON: * Experience within a similar Customer Service Administration role * A keen eye for detail * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages * Confident and adaptable telephone manner TO APPLY: Please send your CV for immediate consideration and a confidential discussion about the available opportunity
