Your new company
Your new company are a large FM provider who deliver the soft services for a NHS site. The company have restructured their team and are looking for a Cleaning Soft Services Operations Manager to come on board and manage part of the contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced soft services manager to join a growing company and make a difference on the contract.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for a third of the contract, with two supervisor reporting to yourself and over a 100 operatives. You will deal with rotas, disciplinarians, recruitment as required. You will liaise directly with the client to ensure everything is correct. You will have responsibility for your own budget.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed your will need to be an experienced soft services manager who has dealt with managing a large number of cleaning operatives. You will be comfortable in dealing with stakeholders and senior management. You will have experience of being responsible for P&L budget.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get a healthy salary of between £34,000 and £38,000 dependant on our experience. You will receive 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. You will get the chance to join an excellent company who can offer further progression.
