A leading and award winning Manchester City Centre based law firm are currently looking to recruit a Pensions Legal Administrator to work within the busy department providing general administration support to the team.  The successful candidate must have a keen interest of working within the legal industry initially at administration level and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Duties include:

- Scanning all incoming mail, save electronically, and distribute to the relevant person
- Arranging Royal Mail, Courier items, and hand deliveries
- Creating and archiving files, both electronically and hard copies
- Archiving and recovery of records as requested by secretarial or fee earning staff
- Opening and closing files
- Co-ordinating cheque requests, account queries and expenses
- Scanning, photocopying and printing
- Assisting with monthly billing procedures 
- Diarising key dates and appointments; booking meetings room
- Ordering and storage of stationary
- Answering the telephones, taking detailed messages and forwarding to relevant person
- Ad hoc assistance with training events
- Updating client databases
