Our client, a well-established Accountancy Practice, is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide reception and front of house duties at their London office. The receptionist will be expected to maintain a well-presented reception area and act in accordance with the company’s high standards. Please note: there is flexibility for this role to be full time or part time Main Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and manage sign in sheet - Provide a high standard of front of house duties - Answer incoming calls, assist with queries, redirect or take messages - Respond to queries in person, in writing and on the phone - Manage the booking system for meeting rooms and parking spaces - Organise deliveries and post - Ad hoc duties as required Successful Candidate: - Experience in a front of house/reception/customer facing position - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional telephone manner - Able to prioritise a busy workload and work under pressure - Strong Microsoft Office skills - English and Maths GCSEs grade C or above TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
