IT Technical Lead - IT Service Operations - Birmingham
Up to £35,000 per annum + Great Benefits Package
My leading client is currently looking for a Technical Support Lead to join their growing team based in the West Midlands.
This is a varied role, which requires you to have a good IT technical awareness but more importantly to be able to take ownership, ensuring technology is fit for purpose, deliveries and resources are also managed across a number of internal and external customer sites.
You will be required to manage IT support resources, ensuring troubleshooting issues are thoroughly managed/escalated.
In addition to the above, it's important for this role that you have a strong stakeholder engagement /management skills (eg - attending client meetings, manage contracts and 3rd parties) and service skills (eg - experience in managing SLA's, incident management, good ITIL background/understanding).
